This is a Automatic IBC Filling system. Each IBC conveys into the fill station then stops, signaling the lance to enter the container and automatically tare the load.

This system allows several pallet loads of empty IBCs to accumulate prior to the filling station. A powered roller conveyor is on the scale and another is after the fill station for cap & label application. There are additional conveyors after to accumulate full loads.

Description of Operation:

• A forklift drops off empty IBCs to the infeed conveyor to accumulate
• When a full load is discharged, a new load conveys to the fill station automatically
• The lance travels into the IBC to start the fill cycle
• Near the top, the machine cycles to dribble speed to top off the IBC
• This machine functions as an automatic filler as long as the IBC size and bung opening are consistent for each fill cycle
