Description of Operation:

This is a fully Automatic Jar Filling Machine system. The operator is there to start-up the system, as shown, and to place the lids onto the filled pails. A pair of horizontal air cylinders sequence in/out as an escapement on the infeed line. The PLC based controller automatically tares the container and fills the pail.

The filler has 2" diameter product valving for faster fill rates, PLC based weight controller for accurate filling. a 2-speed fill cycle and an air operated telescoping mast to accommodate various size containers. The operator is available to use the lid crimping tool, hanging from the monorail, to secure metal lids
